Yes, Aaltja is in Magnostadt, i changed her Story.

Story: Aladin meets Aaltja surprisingly in the School and they start chatting. While they walking they pass a bunch of Students which are practising. One of there Spells hits Aladin and his Hair is a mess!
Later Sphintus and Titus go looking for Aladin and they found him in the Girls House in Aaltjas room, who is brushin his Hair^^

Sphintus: H-H-Hey! Why are you here?!
Aladin: *innocent Face*  Onee-san helps me with my Hair.
Sphintus: I CAN SEE THAT!
Titus: Thats not it. This is the Girls House, you shouldnt be here at all!
Aaltja: *Hugs Aladin from behind* Oh come on, he is just a little boy
